Our treatment includes Abhyanga(oil massage),Swedana(sudation), Kati vasti(warm medicated oil is retained over lumbar region for a specific period of time- lumbar spondylosis, disc issues), Janu vasti(oil pooling over knee joint-osteoarthritis, cartilage degeneration) along with internal medications and kizhi( pouch filled with herbal medicines).
