Bone marrow is the soft tissue inside bones that produces blood cells-red cells, white cells and platelets. BMT is commonly used to treat blood cancers, severe anemia and immune system disorders. Types include- Autologous BMT, Allogeneic BMT, Haploidentical BMT.
